Mental Harm Prevention Roadmap
Exciting new resources are now available to help support organizations in creating and implementing a psychological health and safety strategy at work.
WSPS, in collaboration with Howatt HR Consulting, developed a Mental Harm Prevention Roadmap.
The Roadmap is a user-friendly compliment to the CSA Z1003 National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. It is a framework to guide employers in putting programs and policies in place that will have a positive impact on the employee experience.
The Roadmap was created using an evidence-based approach and focuses on eight building blocks that facilitate a Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
