42 20.9 Notification and Investigation (con't) Employer becomes aware of WPV incident, he/she must try to resolve the matter with the employee as soon as possible. If matter is unresolved, employer appoints a competent person to investigate and provides any relevant information whose disclosure is not prohibited by law and that would not reveal the identity of persons without their consent
