His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), a Master of Science in Naval Safety and Transportation (MSc.), and advanced certifications including National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), Management of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE). He advances safety through community service, including 5 years as a volunteer Technical Chair with the Skills Ontario- Workplace Safety competition at the provincial and national level.

Marius also supports the agricultural sector with specialized knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements related to farm machinery and equipment
