Safety Connection | Ergo Insights A new resource to help with safe MMH work design
How much weight was too much to lift? How high was too high? How low was too low? These were common questions asked of ergonomists, and WSPS provided support to workplaces with the answers. This session introduced the new resource, “Ergo Insights – Safe Manual Material Handling,” which was developed to help workplaces design safer manual material handling tasks, improve working conditions, and reduce costly injuries and claims. Participants received access to the resource and gained a step-by-step understanding of how to use it through relevant examples.
