Purpose of the Roadmap Connections Building Block 6 is to:
• Showcase the value of facilitating psychologically safe
connections
in the workplace.
• Ensure organizations understand the consequences of
perceived isolation and loneliness.
• Provide tactics for facilitating psychologicaly safe social
connections in the workplace.
Each building block leverages the Plan – Do – Check – Act
cycle to gain familiarity with the management system approach.
The following slides will assist in making decisions and plans to
encourage authentic connections at work.
