Ask them what they need to feel comfortable contributing their ideas and interacting with the team. Honour employee differences and preferences Extroverts like to vocalize thoughts and ideas and engage in social stimuli with words and actions. Create opportunities for them to do so. Extroverts are energized by group interaction. Provide forums for sharing ideas and collaboration. 17 Do Think Do Extroverts may have experienced more social challenges than introverts with increased time alone and feelings of isolation during the pandemic.
