ENCOURAGE SOCIAL NETWORKING – Facilitate an opportunity for employees to have social networking experiences with peers, using a variety of options, from informal recreational and social activities to focus groups that examine the quality of social connections in the workplace. BUILDING BLOCK 6 CONNECTIONS Defines how to assist employees with connecting to one another and reduces the risks of perceived isolation and loneliness.
