Winning teams know the rules; they don't want to lose on a technicality – and they don't want to risk injuring a member of the team. As a RefeRee, it's your job to apply those rules consistently and fairly. You have a view of the whole game and you're the keeper of the standards. Most importantly, you're a PlAyeR: you have the opportunity and the responsibility to model the behaviour you expect of others. What's you game plan? Safety rules are your best tools. your role as supervisor is an important one.
