Fatalities by Year
• The year-to-year fall-from-heights fatality numbers show a slight
downward trend. However, the number of annual fatalities is
subject to year-to-year fluctuations and a high degree of variation,
limiting the ability to draw statistically meaningful trends on an
annual basis.
• The overall trend of fall-from-heights fatalities was similar to the
trend for all traumatic fatalities.
