construction sectors (based on the 2-digit NAICS)
– "Lack of worksite instruction" was a factor in 47.5% of 61 fall fatalities in the construction sector and 46.4% of 31
fatalities in the sectors other than construction.
– "Harmful conditions" " was a factor in 14.8% of 61 fall fatalities in the construction sector and 25.8% of 31
fatalities in the sectors other than construction.
