Hiring Process

We are committed to a fair, transparent and respectful hiring process. Here’s a snapshot of what you can expect*:

  • Step 1: Submit your application!
  • Step 2: Phone screen with a member of the People & Culture Team
  • Step 3: First round video interview with the hiring manager and WSPS team members
  • Step 4: Assessment or case study (dependent on role)
  • Step 5: Second round video interview with the hiring manager or alternate and Director
  • Step 6: Reference check
  • Step 7: Offer extended
  • Step 8: Welcome to the WSPS team!
