Virtual classroom training offers an interactive learning experience that shares many benefits of in-person instructor-led courses. But with virtual training you can receive live online classroom training wherever you are. A facilitator delivers the virtual training in real time, which allows participants to engage with the facilitator and each other. All participants require:

Virtual sessions are delivered using Adobe Connect or Microsoft Teams Webinar. Specific platform details for this course will be shared upon registration.
When the Adobe Connect platform is used for session delivery, participants will be required to download the Adobe Connect Meeting Application. Participants are required to complete the Pre-Meeting System Validation steps below prior to your scheduled course date to ensure you meet the technical requirements to participate.
A link to access the virtual classroom and other information will be sent to you two (2) days prior to course start date. Ahead of that the customer support team will send you a detailed email including critical information to ensure participants.
As a first step be sure you have listed them as a participant in the 'My orders" section of "My account". Any order with missing participants is incomplete.
On the day of your session, please arrange to log into the classroom up to 30 minutes before the start time. This will ensure that you are able to access and navigate within the Adobe Connect interface before the start of the session. Launch the Adobe Connect application. Copy and paste the meeting URL into the Room Link field, and click Continue.
At the Classroom entry page, click Guest, enter your first and last name, and click Enter Room. The name entered at time of log in must match your registration name. Please note that you may be placed into a virtual lobby to await the Session Host to allow you into the virtual classroom.
Virtual Training is currently only available in English at this time. If you're looking for French content, many of our courses are available in French as well as our Federal Consulting Services.
Webinar audio is provided through your computer speakers and microphone. For better audio quality, we strongly recommend the use of a headset or earbuds. A reliable internet connection will provide you with an optimal audio experience.
For certain select courses participants are required to present a valid government issued photo ID to your Course Instructor.
