Introduction
The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development
(MLITSD) launched in 2013 a project to put in place an integrated risk
management methodology:
– To identify risks to worker health and safety and to work with employers and
workers on reducing those risks
– To provide more information to employers, workers and their representatives
about risks at the INDUSTRY level
In 2020: Workplace Safety & Prevention Services attended a train the
trainer workshop and assumed responsibility for facilitating the workshops
