Make sure flying debris or dust does not carry into surrounding
areas, e.g. swimming pools, open windows, painted surfaces,
parked vehicles, etc.
Make sure all guards and protective devices are in place and
are operational.
Store the saw with the blade in a protective cover to prevent
injury during non-use.

specific to the task at hand.
