➜ In 2022-23, WSPS continued to see demand for psychological health and
safety offerings.
37 new materials (articles, videos, event sessions) were
developed to serve and support customers. Over
19,000 training
sessions were delivered on healthy workplace topics. The workplace
violence and harassment awareness e-course represented approximately
16,000 of these sessions.
RESULTS:
In addition to working with Prevention System and other government partners
(such as OMAFRA) WSPS builds a network of advocacy and outreach:
➜ Advisory Committees – more than 100 businesses in Ontario's agriculture,
manufacturing, and service sectors volunteer on
10 WSPS advisory
committees. They serve as the voice of the industry in providing sector
- specific insight and expertise to help eliminate workplace injuries, illnesses,
and fatalities.
