 Workplace Safety & Prevention Services  | 4 2021-22 represented the first year in WSPS' current strategic plan. It was a year of accomplishment, with success in growing customer reach and enhancement of technological capabilities. The following is a summary of achievements relating to strategic themes. Provide world-class OHS prevention and safety expertise Be known and sought out as the leading sector expert for workplace harm prevention and safety outcomes. Deepen WSPS knowledge and expertise, enabling services to the highest-risk* businesses with high-vulnerability** workers via a targeted approach – ACHIEVED: 114% of target number of high-risk workplaces (1,708) reached – ACHIEVED: 120% of target for reaching workplaces (2,083) with characteristics of vulnerability Provide direct contact consulting solutions to serve the needs of businesses – ACHIEVED: Exceeded target for direct reach to customers by 14%. Served 13,625 workplaces via team members and web – RESULT: Re-engaged training and consulting customers that worked with WSPS over the previous 24 months. Achieved 61% of goal, substantially surpassing prior years' re-engagement markers Create and deploy on-demand health and safety guidance, information, resources and best-practices for workers and businesses across manufacturing, agriculture, and service sectors – ACHIEVED: Enhanced quality and volume of content delivered through digital channels, surpassing goal by 96% (20.6 million messages sent) Building Momentum
