Since March 2020, Steelcase has conducted more than a dozen studies with over 57,000 employees and business leaders in 11 countries. In their latest report, The New Era of Hybrid Work, they note that employees are looking for: Belonging: A sense of community, trust and shared purpose. Control: More control over where, when and how they work. Productivity: Equal support for in-office and remote workers to focus, collaborate and build relationships. Comfort: Places to rejuvenate and support wellbeing. Safety: Be and feel physically and psychologically safe.
