If you were certified on or after March 1, 2016, you must complete
refresher training every 3 years to maintain your certification. If
you were certified under the 'old' standard (before March 1, 2016),
refresher training still makes good business sense and is
an excellent way for you to stay up to date.

Certification Part One
Delivery | Public, Private & Virtual Duration | 3 DAYS
This is the first part of the training process for JHSC members to become certified
under the standards established by the Chief Prevention Officer (CPO). Upon
completion, JHSC members will understand the relevant workplace health and
safety legislation, as well as their legal rights and responsibilities.
Certification Part Two
Delivery | Public, Private & Virtual Duration | 2 DAYS
JHSC members increase their knowledge of the RACE (Recognize, Assess, Control
and Evaluate) process so they can develop action plans and recommendations for
guarding against hazards in their sector.

This course provides JHSC members and other workplace parties with an opportunity
