Certified under the Board for Global EHS Credentialing, Jessica is a member of the Occupational Hygiene Association of Ontario. She has extensive experience in air/surface/bulk sampling for chemical and biological agents, indoor air quality and mould investigations, noise surveys/dosimetry, radiation monitoring, respirator fit testing, and building hazardous materials abatement/remediation.
“I am always excited to visit new workplaces and learn about their processes. Some workplaces may be similar in the types of tasks that are conducted, or the products that are made, but the exposures to various chemical, biological, and physical agents may be quite different. I am inspired by the fact that my actions may have a positive impact on workers, which may ripple into their lives at home, as well as in their communities.”
Prevention is key, Jessica says, to ensure workplaces have a solid foundation to keep workers safe and healthy, every day.
