Avoid using the equipment on steep slopes. Use extreme
caution when clearing snow from mild slopes, especially
when changing direction. Always clear up and down the
incline, not across it.
Be alert when clearing snow near traffic – don't turn your back
to traffic!
Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts.
– Never put your hands inside the snow blower chute for any
reason. If the chute becomes clogged, disengage the power,
wait for all moving parts to come to a complete stop and
then clear the chute using a stick.
Never run, when using a snow blower. Only walk. Always be sure
of your footing and keep a firm grip on the handles.
Never operate a snow blower without good visibility or light.
