Knowing it could happen at work where you're unable to help is especially hard. Send them to work with confidence. Equip them with the knowledge they need to recognize inappropriate behaviour, understand their rights, and respond to the situation effectively. Workplace harassment is serious and can deeply impact your child. As a parent, provide reassurance, support and access to additional counselling if needed.
