Critical Issues
Ensure Employees always follow AUTO rule (never reach Around, Under, Through or Over guards).
Ensure all Employees report missing guards right away to their supervisor.
Ensure Employees never remove guards.
Ensure Employees lockout energy sources before unjamming conveyors or cleaning.
Ensure that damaged belts are reported to supervisors including rips, belt slips, or
protruding parts.
Ensure that areas stay clear of trip or fall hazards.
