Ensure in-running nip and entanglement hazards are guarded before working on equipment. 2. Do not unjam or clean machine without locking out. 3. Report worn or broken belts. 4. Know the location of all E-stops and emergency pull cords and ensure its within easy reach. 1 3 Never walk on moving or stopped conveyors or duck under conveyors.
