How Interpersonal Experiences Can Impact Culture Leaders' attitudes, behaviours, and moods can impact the employee experience positively or negatively. The employees' attitudes, behaviours and moods will impact the interactions they have with others and their ability to cope with change. Leader Individual Every human interaction can be a charge or a drain Ultimately, the combination of the employees' emotional well-being, as well as their perceived experiences, that will define their charge. Flourishing Languishing The importance and quality of those relationships will affect the drains and charges more drastically.
