INVOLVEMENT AND INFLUENCE
In a work environment with positive involvement and influence,
employees are included in discussions about how their work is done
and have input into decisions that impact their job. When employees
feel they meaningfully contribute to the outcomes of their work, they
are more likely to be engaged, to have higher morale, and to take
pride in their organization. As a result, employees will stand behind
the decisions that are being made that affect their work and are
more willing to put in extra effort to drive the overall mission of
the organization when required.
