Statements Yes No How to Improve I have a clear understanding of my role in meetings. I confirm my attendance in advance of the meeting. I complete required "homework" such as gathering information and reviewing notes prior to the meeting. I arrive on time at meetings. I avoid side conversations while the meeting is in progress. I avoid leaving meetings for reasons such as non- emergency phone calls. I ask questions when I am not sure about something. I listen to new ideas from others with an open mind. I participate in discussions when I have something to contribute. I contribute to improving meetings by giving positive feedback. I inform people about the JHSC meetings. WSPS.CA
