Notice Board Sheet Posting
When the committee membership is complete, gather information about the committee members and
post this information for staff. A sample Notice Board Form is shown on the next page. In this sample
form there is room for you to list:
ƒ The names of committee members
ƒ Their work location
ƒ The frequency and location of JHSC meetings
ƒ A contact number for workers to call
It is law that this information be posted in a highly visible location in your workplace. Section 9(32)
A best practice is to also post the pictures of the JHSC members so workers can easily recognize them.
