Neal Oswald

Neal's career has given him the opportunity to execute change across Strategy, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology at many large organizations and banks. Recently Neal has worked in the development and execution of digital strategies, robotic process automation and transformational change. As a change agent Neal works collaboratively to develop and deploy analytical methods and models to improve business and management performance to successfully change attitudes, behaviour and culture. Neal prefers to be data driven, ensuring that all improvements quantifiably drive ROI.
