Marjan Pouran has over 20 years of technology and leadership experience, she has been serving on boards for last 10 years across for-profit and not-for-profit corporations in national and international settings in different roles of director and officer. She currently serves on Women's Musical Club of Toronto Foundation, PointA, Scrum Alliance and ZCarrier in addition to Workplace Safety & Prevention Services board of directors and she provides general breath of business management including strategy, finance, governance, technology and leadership.
Marjan has performed senior-level roles in technology leadership, data driven business management, business agility, organization transformation across versatile sectors from traffic and transportation, stock market, news and media, engineering, technology, entertainment, banking and financial sector. Currently, she oversees technology transformation for infrastructure segment at TD bank and transform organization by inspiring high-performance teams effectively and enhance business outcome.
Ms. Pouran holds MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Bachelor of Engineering in software engineering and she is a graduate of Institute of Corporate Directors in Governance Program in addition to other certificates including Certified Agile Leader and Certified member of Agile Professionals.
