Krista is a strong advocate for the prevention of workplace mental harm, violence and harassment and impairment, and works with firms to identify and eliminate both physical and psychological hazards.

For the past 10 years, Krista has focused on helping firms develop psychological health and safety programs to reduce stigma, build awareness and reduce mental harm.

I've always been passionate about health and safety and the welfare of others, including their physical, psychological, and social well-being. I am pleased to see more and more organizations paying attention to mental harm prevention as part of their OHS strategy.

For the past 10 years, Krista has focused on helping firms develop psychological health and safety programs to reduce stigma, build awareness and reduce mental harm. Krista has been instrumental in developing many of WSPS's mental health solutions, and has contributed to the publication, Moving to Action: Implementing the WSPS's Mental Harm Prevention Roadmap. She's also an active member of the Chief Prevention Office implementation team addressing the issue of Mental Health in Workplaces with System Partners in Ontario.

Krista is a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor and Mental Health First Aid Facilitator. She has Bachelor of Arts in Humanities as well as a Bachelor of Education.
