The Accessibility Standards Training provides general requirements in the areas of customer service, information and communication, employment, transportation and built environment regarding disabilities. This eCourse is aimed at workplaces outside of Ontario.

- Transportation and Built Environment Standards.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to
- Understand the different disabilities.
- Be able to communicate with people with disabilities.
- Recognize some of the barriers people with disabilities can face and how to assist.
- Understand the general requirements in the areas of customer service, information and communication, employment, transportation and built environment regarding disabilities.
- Understand and meet the requirements of the Human Rights Code regarding disability.
- Develop and implement compliant accessibility policies and plans.

Delivery Method
This course is delivered as an on-line e-learning course. All you need is a computer, access to the Internet - and you are ready to go! This e-learning course is designed to help you learn at your own pace and in your own environment at your own convenience.
During checkout, you can choose to register as a single learner or select a multiple learner license. With a multiple learner license you will act as an administrator and add learners from your company.
