Join us for this interactive webinar where we explore what stress really is and how it may impact the workplace and home office, the effects of stress on the body and why some people are more resilient to stressors than others. Through an open exchange of ideas and experiences, we will discuss how stress impacts mental health, how workplace characteristics can be a source of stress, and how we can prevent mental harm.
