Warehouse Hazards From A to Z

Increase your awareness of relevant warehousing legislation/standards and learn about common health/safety warehousing categories. Learn and apply the "Recognize, Assess, Control and Evaluate (RACE)" approach to hazard identification through a virtual warehouse and case study scenario. Common warehouse inspection tools will also be reviewed.

TDG: Transportation of Dangerous Goods

Understand your company's responsibilities for ground transport under the Transportation of Dangerous Good Act and Regulation. Under this regulation anyone who handles or transports dangerous goods must be adequately trained and hold a valid training certificate. The certificate for transport by road is valid for 36 months after date of issuance.

Note: Other sections of the Regulation - rail, marine and air - are not covered in this course.

Registrations must be made at the same time to be eligible. Registration rates include continental breakfast, keynote speakers, lunch and conference sessions. The early bird rate cannot be combined with any other discount or special offer. Volunteer, safety group, volume discounts and any other discounts or special offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to make venue and date changes with notice, speaker changes without notice and to cancel an event due to low registrations. No refunds or cancellations accepted after February 13, 2017. Substitutions welcome.
