WSPS is pleased to announce the launch of its new strategy that helps to focus and sets direction for WSPS in achieving its Vision and Mission. The new strategy will improve health and safety outcomes and will move WSPS, our customers, partners and the communities which we live and work, closer to creating a culture of health & safety. Our work and success is built on the strength of our relationships and understanding of the issues facing customers, communities, partners, staff and the prevention system.
Defines and measures our value to the system and our customers.
Maximizes resources so that customers are offered the most cost effective solutions when they need them, in the way they need them.
Overcomes capacity limits so that customers benefit from a high performing support service and we don't sell what we can't deliver.
Closes gaps in offering so that customers are never left without a solution.
Removes barriers to success for customers by ensuring they have access to optimum solutions.
With its focus on small businesses, vulnerable workers and high hazards, our 3-year plan aligns with our funders through the provincial prevention strategy - Healthy & Safe Ontario Workplaces. Our work and success is built on the strength of our relationships and understanding of the issues facing customers, communities, partners, staff and the prevention system.
